Evan’s Bio 

Evan Harwood has been a part of the Beyond Commercial team since August 2022. Since he started, he has worked his way up from Marketing Coordinator to Brokerage Coordinator. Evan earned his FAA part 107 drone license in 2021 and did aerial photography for all our listings. He graduated from Winter Park High School in 2023 with a 4.1 GPA and 27 college credits! Evan is passionate about being involved in community organizations like the Winter Park Chamber of Commerce. 

As Brokerage Coordinator, Evan works on all aspects of the brokerage. Some typical roles include adding and managing listings, prospecting leads, scheduling tours, and ensuring clients have an excellent experience.
