Prevail Fitness Personal Training Concept Finds New Home

Orlando, FL – September 1, 2025 – Amy Calandrino, SIOR, CCIM of Beyond Commercial, a commercial real estate firm based in Orlando, Florida, represented Prevail Fitness in the lease of a 1,700-square-foot flex/industrial space located at 537 Virginia Avenue in Winter Park, Florida 32789. The landlord, HWP Partners, LLLP, was represented by Brenda Carey of Great American Land Management, Inc. 

Prevail Fitness is the passion project of husband-and-wife team Candace and Adam, who have built a business rooted in purpose. With backgrounds in fitness, coaching, and community service, the couple founded Prevail with a mission to empower individuals to achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall health and well-being. Their model blends personalized training programs, expert guidance, and a tight-knit, supportive atmosphere to help clients reach their full potential. 

As demand for their services grew, Candace and Adam sought a space that matched the quality and care they bring to every session. Their goal was to stay in Winter Park, close to the energy and accessibility of Park Avenue, while securing a location that allowed for both one-on-one training and small group offerings. 

Amy Calandrino worked closely with the Prevail team to identify and negotiate a space that aligned with their brand, values, and operational needs. The result was a 1,700-square-foot industrial suite that balances function and flexibility, just blocks from Park Avenue. The new location allows the Prevail team to expand their offerings without compromising the personal attention and high standards that define their work.
