What does multi-family property include?
Multi-Family Properties include all types of residential real estate including senior housing, student housing, and affordable housing outside of single-family, including apartments, condos, and townhomes. Complexes range from small (four to eight units) to larger properties of 200 units or larger. In Central Florida, there’s been a shift to transit-oriented development wherein a significant portion of the multi-family housing are accompanied by mixed-use commercial development and public transportation options.
