With solid experience in professional administrative and marketing roles and a track record of strong performance, Allexya skillfully works alongside our founder Amy Calandrino to coordinate operations and marketing. Allexya maintains the firm’s CRM system and company-wide forms and files. In between administrative tasks, she creatively curates our social media marketing across Facebook, Twitter, and other channels.
After graduating with a Psychology degree and Communications minor from Florida State University, Allexya began working as the lead assistant in her family’s successful glass and mirror company. This role taught her the importance of conducting and maintaining proper business functions through superb organization and stellar client relations. Allexya then began her career in marketing working for Sola Salon Suites, where she aided in executing the salon’s social media strategy while successfully recruiting employees and prospects through the marketing of specific target markets. Concurrently, Allexya gained her title as Content Marketing Specialist for Café Savanna, a coffee company, where she created a strategic plan for their various social media pages and marketing, including creating content, and outreach to possible vendors and customers.
Outside of work, Allexya enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, attending the gym regularly, and traveling.

In her role as an associate, Sandi takes the time to listen to each business owners’ desires and challenges. She conducts in-depth research and spends extensive time with each business client to truly understand the business’ operations to increase their business’ efficiency.
Sandi executes sales and leasing strategies of retail, warehouse, and office space for businesses. Outside of brokering deals, Sandi manages commercial real estate flooring projects ranging from a cozy office all the way up to a cluster of mega warehouses. Also, her sales career in telecommunications exposed her to thousands of area businesses where she built lasting relationships and sharpened her negotiation skills. His extensive commercial training, experience, and coaching has helped him professionally along with benefiting his clients. He really listens to his clients to get the finer points of their needs and wants and makes suggestions to them as well. He has negotiated lower monthly rental fees, months of free rent and landlord contributions for the construction costs before they open their doors for business.
Henry is bilingual in English and Spanish. He began his real estate career in grammar school when his family moved from Colombia to Los Angeles and started buying, developing and renting homes, apartments, offices and retail buildings. He learned how to analyze buildings, rehabilitate them and was instilled with a strong work ethic to add value to the family business and their clients. They eventually opened up 3 real estate offices.
Right after high school, Henry joined the U.S. Army and served 3 years in the U.S. and the Panama Canal Zone where he earned various awards along with an Honorable Discharge. Upon returning from military service, he obtained his real estate license and managed one of the family’s real estate offices. He also attended Los Angeles City College where he majored in Business Administration and Real Estate.
He is a licensed commercial real estate broker in California, having worked with his family-run business then Coldwell Banker Arcadia, KW Commercial Downtown LA, and Sperry Commercial Pasadena.
