Nicole Young joined the Beyond Commercial team in 2020 as project coordinator. In this role, Nicole is responsible for the project management implementation for each deal at the firm. She is diligent about maintaining records as needed once a transaction commences, so all parties know the deal’s progress on a GANTT chart with a corresponding activity log. Nicole also works closely with Amy Calandrino on special operational projects for continuous improvement of the Beyond Commercial client experience.
Nicole describes herself as a hard worker with a strong desire to do whatever is needed for the firm to deliver exceptional results. Her interest in joining Beyond Commercial came from a steadfast focus on quality and service, which aligned squarely with Beyond Commercial’s core values.
Born in Panama City, Florida, Nicole spent most of her life in the Florida panhandle, where she also attended college. After graduating from Florida State University with a psychology degree and a minor in hospitality in 2017, Nicole decided to move to Central Florida to strengthen her hospitality and customer service skills by launching her career at Walt Disney World. With the strong skillset attained from the Disney College Program, Nicole went on to work for Marriott for several years. During her time with Marriott, she built an affinity for sales, marketing, and project management.
Outside of the office, Nicole enjoys gardening, binging Netflix shows, visiting the local parks — Disney and Universal, spending quality time with family friends, and her cat, Holly. Nicole is also well-traveled; she has been to 15 countries.

Sandi executes sales and leasing strategies of retail, warehouse, and office space for businesses. Outside of brokering deals, Sandi manages commercial real estate flooring projects ranging from a cozy office all the way up to a cluster of mega warehouses. Also, her sales career in telecommunications exposed her to thousands of area businesses where she built lasting relationships and sharpened her negotiation skills. Growing up in sunny South Florida’s eclectic Miami culture, Rafael took a leap of faith and relocated to Central Florida in 2001. His axiom of “attaining the unattainable” has always guided him to pursue his heart’s ambitions. While earning his degree in Health Science from Keiser University afforded him the opportunity to excel in the medical field as a licensed Massage Therapist he knew that something more awaited him. A conversation with his uncle, a prominent real estate investor, steered him on the path to his true passion, real estate.
With his first venture into real estate being residential properties, he successfully transitioned into the commercial sector.
