Nicole's Bio 

Nicole Marinari, CAPM is a Project Manager at Beyond Commercial, focused on optimizing operations and implementing innovative systems to improve efficiency. She thrives on streamlining processes and enhancing productivity, ensuring that businesses can succeed in the competitive commercial real estate market.

She first joined Beyond Commercial in 2020 and quickly made an impact by introducing new systems that reduced labor hours and increased project efficiency. After a brief break to further develop her expertise, she returned with even more knowledge, experience, and enthusiasm for refining operations. Her commitment to professional growth is evident in her pursuit of an MBA with a specialization in management information systems and project management at Florida State University, where she also earned her bachelor’s degree in 2017. She is a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) and plans to pursue her Project Management Professional (PMP) designation to continue expanding her expertise.

Nicole’s dedication to going beyond in her professional development aligns with Beyond Commercial’s core values of continuous learning and innovation. She is always looking for ways to grow and apply new knowledge to improve business operations and enhance client experiences.

Originally from the Florida Panhandle, Nicole moved to Orlando in 2020 and is actively involved in the community. She serves as the fundraising initiatives chair for the Junior League of Greater Orlando, where she enjoys giving back and building meaningful connections.

Outside of work, Nicole loves traveling with her husband, spending time with friends and family, reading, and visiting local theme parks and springs. At home, she enjoys the company of her three pets—two dogs, Sophie and Honey, and a cat named Holly.
