Amy Calandrino, CCIM, SIOR, is the Founding Principal of Beyond Commercial, a commercial real estate firm certified as a Woman-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) and Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB). Amy leads a team of commercial real estate experts who deliver tremendous value to business owners and investors across all asset classes. 

Amy’s clientele includes local, regional, national, and international companies in a wide range of industries and numerous private investors and family offices. Her reputation as a fierce, results-driven dealmaker in sales, leasing, and investment transactions helps her clients achieve their goals by winning bidding wars and often accomplishing what others cannot. 

In 2022, Amy launched the Performance Mindset podcast and created the SPORT Success System® to help other busy professionals overcome self-limiting beliefs.
