Founding Principal, Amy Calandrino, selected as a Globe St. Fifty Under 40 award recipient.
Maitland, Fla. – November 4, 2020: Globe St, a New York-based commercial real estate publication selected Beyond Commercial’s Founding Principal, Amy Calandrino, CCIM as a finalist on its 2020 Fifty Under 40 list. The list recognizes those who have a proven to be unique and possess a hard work and winning attitude.
“Amy worked tirelessly this past year, leading her team of agents in completing more than 20 deals valuing $10 million, all while pregnant with her son. Amy also serves as the Florida CCIM Chapter’s Central District president and as the Winter Park Chamber of Commerce Leadership Council president,” says the Globe St’s team on selecting Calandrino among their finalist. Calandrino formally introduced Beyond Commercial to the world of commercial real estate as a solo-entrepreneur, at the age of 26, with prior experience as a business and real estate law paralegal. Fast forward to a decade later, she now oversees a team of Commercial Realtors along with a dedicated marketing department.
