Team Building Strategies for Business Success

  1. Obtain a DISC assessment of each team member to better understand each other’s strengths and weaknesses enabling you to better your team. After all, TEAM = Together Everyone Achieves More!
  2. Establish sessions outside of your weekly production meetings to work on professional development. An example of a session would be a book club. Beyond Commercial’s agents have a quarterly book club. On the months without a book club, we bring in experts such as top-notch appraisers to educate our team on the latest market trends or a surveyor who will describe how to interpret the various components of a survey.
