Calandrino Brings Bressler’s Buildings Back to Full Occupancy 

Orlando, FL – September 5, 2024 – Amy Calandrino, SIOR, CCIM, founding principal of Beyond Commercial, successfully represented landlord Brett M. Bressler in leasing 2709 W. Fairbanks Avenue, Suite 100, Winter Park, FL 32789. This transaction brings both of Bressler’s buildings to full occupancy. 

The tenant, Practice Solutions Consolidated Group, LLC, operating as TSG Financial Advisors, leased the remaining 5,180 square feet in the building. Jamie Barati, SIOR, CCIM, and John Worrell, CCIM, of Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) Orlando represented the tenant in the transaction.

The new tenant, led by Conrad Santiago, CFP®, MSFS, was drawn to the property’s prime Winter Park location as they transitioned from their previous office near downtown Orlando.
