What has Amy Calandrino, Commercial REALTOR and the Beyond Commercial team been up to this year? A lot!
First, Amy has been busy bringing Beyond Commercial’s newest agent Cindy Contino into the fold. Cindy comes to our firm with over a decade of real estate and business experience and has already been a meaningful contributor. We expect Cindy to close at least a couple deals this summer. As you may not be aware, it generally takes 90 days to a year with 6 months being average to close a deal.
Amy also had a number of deals in the pipeline. So far, in 2018, Amy has closed the following deals:
8500 SF Office Building representing the owner – this closed in 50 days from listing with a 5 day contract to close
11400 SF Warehouse Building representing the landlord – this deal took 7 months from listing right before Hurricane Irma to tenant signing lease April 2018
3200 SF Office Suite representing the tenant (a past Beyond Commercial client – 360 Destination Group) at 4000 Hollywood Boulevard, Hollywood, Florida – from showing to signed lease was less than 30 days
4000 SF Converted residential office building with storage representing the buyer – Beyond’s client closed on this property roughly 90 days after hiring us and this was a 60 day contract to close
