Sandi Harrison, Associate of Beyond Commercial, a commercial real estate firm headquartered in Maitland, represented Brett Bressler, of Brett Bressler P.A., in a multi-year lease of office space located at 2707 W. Fairbanks Avenue, Suite 200, Winter Park, Florida.
Brett Bressler, a Winter Park Personal Injury Attorney, has been a long-time client with Beyond Commercial. Brett reached out to Sandi Harrison for many of his projects.

Katherine Zelman of Franklin St. Brokerage represented the tenant, Jet HomeLoans, LLC. They will occupy the office to operate their home loan business starting May 2021.
