Recently, Silverleaf Real Estate represented Volvik USA on its lease of 13,458 square foot industrial warehouse/office space. Volvik USA is the number one color golf ball on tour with an ever increasing presence here in the States with golf balls and other golf-related products.
After only three weeks, we are pleased to report that they are settling into their new building nicely. Amy Calandrino, owner and broker of Silverleaf Real Estate, along with Katie Mahaffey, Executive Assistant, dropped by with welcoming gifts for the new tenants. Katie had the cupcakes custom designed for our client to reflect its business and she picked out a lovely bottle of champagne.
